meditation on Healing with Grace

b'Go into a quiet and relaxed state. Breathe in deeply. Hold your breath for a couple of seconds and then release your breath out. Repeat this process if breathing in and out, focusing on your breath.
Let all thought and worries gi. Relax any tightness in your face, shoulders, hips, or legs. let your body become an empty vessel.
Now breath in a few breaths if light. Let light come from Spirit down into your head, neck and shoulders and let it find a place deep in your heart.
Let this light in your heart make a pace to magnify the glory of Gods Love there.
Allow the Grace of The Holy Spirit to surround you in this perfect acceptance of being a vessel of Gods grace.
Bathe in the radiant light of this energy
Let it fill each cell of your body. Let it bring healing and wholeness to you.
Feel the power of love now magnify the light.
Merge with the Presence if Grace and smile!
Now slowly become aware of the renewal and hope that grace brings.
Restore your entire being within healing light and live if God\\u2019s Amazing Grace.
Think of the song Amazing Grace and of all the Miracles God brings
Be grateful if your heart mind and soul fir this healing grace
Breathe in this gratitude. Seal the healing with this gratitude.
Now slowly come out of meditation and be aware of how you feel.
