Ep. 546: Selective "Originalism"?

Published: Nov. 15, 2021, 12:33 p.m.

Professor Saul Cornell doesn't like the latest round of arguments from  the Supreme Court. SCOTUS seems poised to expand "gun rights," but  Cornell thinks this is a case of "selective originalism."
