Yearning for Our Inheritance
This message on 1 Peter 1:3-9 helps us to understand how we are to live in eager anticipation of the final restoration of all things. First, we see how Jesus is keeping our eternal inheritance secure for us. Second, we learn about our living hope that God has given us through Jesus' resurrection and the regeneration of the Holy Spirit. Third, we see the need for our faith to be tested. Genuine faith is purified through trials so that it will persevere to the end and obtain the inheritance we have hoped for.
