b"Mike has been responsible for supplying some serious vinyls since the early 90's, and over the years has recorded on many labels.\\n\\nHis first productions were co-written, under the name of D. Kontrol with Jon Nuccle, and were released on the Belgium labels, 2 Thumbs, Mineral and Growth which were all the in-house labels of Frank De Wulf, one of the original creators of the European techno sound at the back end of the 80's)\\n\\nSince then, mixes have been created for various artists and labels, including Glenn Wilson on Planet Rhythm, Heroes, Aphrohead (aka Felix Da House Cat) on Bush Records (Area 51 mix), Thomas Krome's Bitches from Hell on Corb (Cold Dust mix).\\u2028\\u2028Mike has concentrated more on producing tracks for his own labels. \\u2028Punish, the sleazy sounds of dirty Techno, raw and pumping. \\n\\nTogether with Glenn Wilson, Mike has created some memorable vinyl, bringing a truly unique label, that for many was the start of a new sound in techno at that point. There will be more from Punish, with Glenn now fully at the controls, new releases will again appear with the Punish imprint.\\u2028\\u2028\\n\\nWith the tough and uncompromising label Red Seal in the early daze, recording under the name H, he created the World Downfall series (big hitters on the Fuse presents series for incredible Dave Clarke), 2 Thieves and was responsible for some serious lives PAs as Cold Dust with Nuccle. \\u2028\\u2028He was also behind the limited release series, the dark sounds of Black and White records, and was a guilty party for the street beats of Player Records, the in-house label of the Orbit UK (R.I.P.) \\n\\nThe one time special resident was firmly rooted in the clubs production seat, along side Nuccle and others, bringing anonymous releases to the Player label that were also remixed by some of the best artists around, to create a truly unique vibe at that time. \\n\\nThese projects have been remixed by some of Chicagos finest new skool producers, DJ Bam Bam, DJ Urban and Angel Alanis, as well as the old skool artists such as Joey Beltram, Adam Beyer, Marco Bailey and Mark Broom, Ben Simms on the Player Remixes label.\\u2028\\u2028Mike left all of these projects behind him at the end of 2003 to make way for his most recent project, Mastertraxx, which began in 2004. This again is a label for the techno purists looking for the underground club buzz\\u2028\\u2028Mike has DJ'd and thrown live sets in clubs all around the world.\\n\\nRecorded: 12 April 2006"
