b'Josh Lopez was born in Puerto Rico & grew up in Bronx, New York. His Dad, a Vietnam veteran, battled with drug addiction and at 15 years old, Josh became a homeless teenager. Josh moved back to Puerto Rico after living on the streets for over a year and decided to go back to school. Fast forward, He graduated college valedictorian and landed his \\ufb01rst record deal with a pop group in the late nineties. Shortly after that, Josh surrendered found his purpose. Josh decided to dedicate his life to inspiring people through his music and writing. Josh travels all over the world, speaking and singing sharing his inspiring story from homelessness to now a husband, father of 3, Ironman Triathlon \\ufb01nisher and successful business owner. Josh is the owner of San Antonio Shades and Shutters. A company he started in 2003 and now services clients in San Antonio and Austin, Texas. He works with award winning builders and his team\\u2019s work has been featured in Luxury Home Magazine, Parade of Homes and The American Institute of Architects. His company also gives back to non-pro\\ufb01ts and community. His new book and music titled, \\u2018Don\\u2019t give up\\u2019 will inspire you to never give up on your dreams. Josh says his greatest accomplishment in life will always be, his wife of 15 years and their three children. God takes our broken pieces and writes a masterpiece with each piece.'
