James Bradley is the author of "Flags of Our Fathers," which became a Clint Eastwood film, "Flyboys: A True Story of Courage" and "The Imperial Cruise: The Secret History of Empire and War." His latest book is "The China Mirage: The Hidden History of American Disaster in Asia." James Bradley's father, John Bradley, was one of six men who became famous for being photographed raising the American flag on Iwo Jima.
