b'Had you told me 4 years ago, I would be cross country skiing across Svalbard in a team, pulling a sled of around 30/35kg, wild camping, discovering polar bear tracks and ringed seals along the way, I wouldn’t have believed you.

I came to be adventuring in the Arctic by fully recovering from 4 years of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS/ME) and a a few other issues, reconnecting and cultivating my wild side, following my curiosity and persevering in the face of adversity.

In this special episode of The Lilly Wild Show I share with you my story of adventuring in Svalbard earlier this year, which is an island off the North of Norway, located in the Arctic.

I’ve used my diary, 9 hours of collected sound and time of reflection to put it together - see the pictures by going to the show notes: www.adelaidegoodeve.com/2017/08/02/adelaide-goodeve-svalbard-adventure

So I hope your seat belts are fastened and you’re ready to take off!'
