Dr Adrian Saville is the founder and chief executive of South Africa\'s Cannon Asset Managers, a multi-strategy value investment firm. He is also the Professor Economics, Finance & Strategy at the Gordon Institute of Business Science, University of Pretoria, South Africa.

In 1996, Adrian created an investment portfolio called \\u201cSuperDogs\\u201d to capture what he believed to be the essence of investing: finding good assets--that\\u2019s the \\u201csuper\\u201d part--at unloved prices--that\\u2019s the \\u201cdog\\u201d part. We talk about what he has learned running a deep value portfolio for 24 years and investing in South Africa.
