She is principal of Dramatic Strides\\xae Consulting, specializing in leadership development, communication skills, teambuilding and creative decision-making techniques that help people and organizations move forward together. Her unique Teamwork Tango\\xae workshop, which teaches leadership and teambuilding skills through the metaphor of partner dancing, has been presented at numerous professional conferences and organizations in the U.S. and abroad for more than a decade.\\n\\nAbigail Clark is a graduate student at the University of Baltimore obtaining her master\\u2019s degree in negotiation and conflict management. She left undergrad with the hopes of becoming an addictions counselor, which led her to the University of Maryland School of Social Work. While researching different possibilities, she discovered UB\\u2019s Negotiation and Conflict Management program. After reading two course descriptions, she was sold.'
