Carolyn was a co-founder and first tri-chair of the Elder Decision-Making Section of the Association for Conflict Resolution, and chairs its Training Standards Committee. She is an adjunct professor at Shepherd University and at Anne Arundel Community College where she has taught in the Institute for the Future and teaches in the Continuing Professional Education Department. She was a co-founder and served as Director of Training for Senior Mediation and Decision-Making.
