Building a Culture of Empathy in the Business World

Her academic background is in language teaching and applied linguistics, counseling, and human resource development.\\xa0 Keiko serves on the Editorial Board for the Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management.\\nEdwin Rutsch is the founding director of the Center for Building a Culture of Empathy.
