Every CEO and Board member should contemplate migrating to a subscription revenue model (or at a minimum to offer certain products and services via subscriptions) regardless of industry. Subscriptions have the benefit of driving revenue predictability which enables companies to think more strategically and longer-term than competitors that don't have the benefit of revenue predictability.
