Mary Ann Mendoza, New Asylum Rules, and We Build the Wall, Inc

Published: Sept. 20, 2019, 11 p.m.

Not long ago the Supreme Court decided that nationwide enforcement of a new Trump administration rule that prevents most Central American immigrants from seeking asylum in the United States was Constitutional ending a lower court’s effort to block the common-sense rule. The policy is meant to deny asylum to anyone who passes through another country on the way to the U.S. without seeking protection there. Most people crossing the southern border are Central Americans and they are largely ineligible under the new rule, as are asylum seekers from Africa, Asia and South America who also arrive regularly at the southern border. Angel Mom plus consultant and advisory board member for WE BUILD THE WALL, INC, Mary Ann Mendoza will join me to discuss this victory for the Trump administration and the American people. Don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows.
