Campus Jurisprudence & Pretty Powerful

Published: Sept. 13, 2017, 11 p.m.

When it comes to sexual assault on college campuses today, victims are being shortchanged, innocent students are being falsely accused, and colleges that know nothing about criminal procedures are being required to adjudicate complex he-said, she-said cases. SAVE — Stop Abusive and Violent Environments — is working for evidence-based solutions to end sexual assault on campus. Michelle Owens is an attorney and Managing Partner with Agee Owens Law, and speaks on behalf of SAVE: Stop Abusive and Violent Environments. She drops by to discuss the topic.

Fox News Star and WABC-NYC radio host, Eboni K. Williams believes that women shouldn't hide their beauty. Instead, they should embrace it as a positive and powerful asset. She's telling the world in her new book  Pretty Powerful: Appearance, Substance, and Success and she will join me to talk about it.

And don't forget about the Edwards Notebook and the Veteran's Tip of the Day! All of this and more as time allows. Listen live, join the chatroom, be a part of the show.
