The group discusses the growing demand on public safety as the city continues to rapidly grow. Chief McDowell and Battalion Chief Fowlks both share how each entity is responding to the growth and how the contractual relationship with Eagle Mountain City provides special resources, facility improvements, ideal recruitment arrangements, and more for our city.
