She became a member of the Southwest Section of the PGA in 1991. Wendy is currently working in television as a golf broadcaster and on-air personality. In Scottsdale, Wendy taught at a few famous properties in Arizona, The Boulders Golf Resort (A Waldorf Astoria Property now) Arizona Country Club, and Orange Tree Golf and Conference Resort. She taught the golf courses at Arizona State University, where she studied Exercise Physiology. After golf, Wendy opened a successful mortgage brokerage and real estate development business. However, in 2010, she followed her heart and moved to Chicago with her boyfriend, a CEO in the insurance sector.
