You'll hopefully remember James from our conversation with him last year — author of Focused Forward: Navigating the Storms of Adult ADHD, and founder and director of The Life Empowerment Center in Austin, TX. James joins us with his son Jules, recent grad of the fine Clark University and researcher in cognitive neuroscience… and podcaster! The Ochoas are here to introduce their new podcast, The Complex, a fiction show that aims to unravel the complexities of ADHD through a cadre of eclectic tenants of an apartment.
