63: The In-Between Time

You\u2019ve taken a break from drinking and you\u2019re getting amazing results. You\u2019re enjoying yourself, not just physically but also emotionally;\xa0you're starting to see that there\u2019s a different way of being without needing or wanting a drink. Yet, there's a part of you that feels unsettled. You can't shake the thought that sometimes it feels like you don't know who you are anymore.

I call this period \u201cthe in-between\u201d time. You\u2019re in the place where you\u2019re shedding one identity and beginning to create a new one. And, unfortunately, this place of uncertainty brings up a lot of fear for people.
