63: The In-Between Time

You\\u2019ve taken a break from drinking and you\\u2019re getting amazing results. You\\u2019re enjoying yourself, not just physically but also emotionally;\\xa0you\'re starting to see that there\\u2019s a different way of being without needing or wanting a drink. Yet, there\'s a part of you that feels unsettled. You can\'t shake the thought that sometimes it feels like you don\'t know who you are anymore.

I call this period \\u201cthe in-between\\u201d time. You\\u2019re in the place where you\\u2019re shedding one identity and beginning to create a new one. And, unfortunately, this place of uncertainty brings up a lot of fear for people.
