We shift our gaze from Jesus and try to fight the \\u2018snakes\\u2019 around us. The children of Israel tried this and failed but lived when they lifted their gaze to the \\u2018fiery serpent\\u2019; a solution God created in the mold of the problem. Same as Jesus, a Man who knew no sin but became sin for us so that in putting our faith in Him, we become alive to God in righteous.
