Your feeling state is merely what you feel, not who you are. What you do is merely what you do, not who you are. You are the same you, regardless of what you are feeling and doing. The you that you are is your being, your own Self. Use mantra and meditation to dive deeper, below the surface of things, below the churning waves of your mind.
