In this episode, I just wanted to express how non-important it may seem to be Googling every little worry you have, but it is actually so important that we try and not do this either so much, or at all. Not Googling your worries, fears, and anxieties will probably quell your anxious thoughts tremendously. We give out brain inputs, and it gives out similar outputs. Don't give your brain more things to worry about; this will only fuel anxiety.
