Jake has been professionally coaching and working in fitness for 5 years. Background and bachelors in fine art. Certifications include: CSCS, FMS, and USAW. Good amount of group based and high school level coaching. Married and expecting first baby in less than 2 months. Grew up in Maryland right outside D.C., but lived in Los Angeles area for last 15 years.
