Jeffrey Deskovic lived this real-life bad dream. Crime scene DNA didn\'t match the accused 16 year old, yet he was still sent to serve \'15 to life\'. There are nearly 10 thousand people each year who are wrongfully convicted.

This coerced false confession, due to deprivation and threats, caused an innocent teenager to be accused of murder.

Deskovic did not have a \'hollywood movie\' style exit from prison when he was cleared of the charges, yet he persevered.

Jeffrey now helps raise awareness and seek changes to laws to help exonerate others who have been wrongfully convicted.
