Heidi Pelczar is the Chief Operating Officer of Your Part-Time Controller. Among other things, YPTC is an outsourcing accounting firm for nonprofits. They partner with organizations to develop best-practices and work in-office to provide a personal touch.

Heidi has spent her career in financial management, beginning her career at Marriott International as a Revenue Manager. She also worked as Assistant Controller at LaFrance Corp before joining the Your Part-Time Controller team as an Associate in 2005. Heidi moved up through the ranks, eventually being named to her current position in 2015.
