Mark Dhamma is an expert in the optimization of our biology\\xa0and mindset. He holds a master\\u2019s degree in Positive\\xa0Psychology, which is the science of optimal psychological\\xa0performance, the science of happiness, wellbeing,\\xa0confidence, motivation, and the science of human\\xa0flourishing. Mark is an executive health and mindset coach\\xa0for entrepreneurs around the world. Much of his work\\xa0focuses on helping clients look, feel, and perform at their\\xa0best. In addition, he also works as a corporate speaker and\\xa0fitness model.

Mark is on a mission to help us live full, happy lives. He\\xa0uses his scientific knowledge and experience working with\\xa0clients, combined with his own gifts of clarity and practicality\\xa0to give us amazing insight into ourselves and our lives. His\\xa0own childhood experience of being teased for being\\xa0overweight and the process he went through to make his\\xa0mind and body healthy, helped catapult Mark into a career\\xa0helping others gain the health of mind and body that they\\xa0desire.

  • When facing anything in life, ask yourself: \\u201cWhat was my role in this?\\u201d\\u201cHow did I create this?\\u201d\\u201cWhat do I need to learn from this?
