Hey, It's me Amina Zena and today we're talking about Veganism vs Non-Veganism, aka the debate of the century. Today I'll be sharing my thoughts and experiences with different diets and foods I've tried. Even though I'm a personal trainer and very knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition I know there's always more to learn and my opinions are liable to change and it's important to know we all have our own unique bio chemistry so there's no such thing as one size fits all nutrition approach. I think the best research you can do is listen to your own body, nobody knows more about what you need than you!
