6 Fitness Hacks to Boost Results Now!

Hey it's me Amina Zena. Today we're talking about 6 ways to boost your results from your workouts! There's no shortcut to success, in order to be fit you have to put in the work, you have to show up and push yourself to get better each workout. You must be mindful of every piece of food you put in your mouth and you have to prioritize rest, getting proper sleep, drinking water, and maintaining mental health. Yes, taking care of yourself is pretty much a full-time job! And nothing will ever more than your health which is why I wanted to share some things that make me feel like I'm getting even better results on top of a solid foundation in fitness and nutrition.

2021 is our year to thrive in chaos, I've decided I'm making the most of every day regardless of what's happening around me. I've had to make some serious pivots in my life, my business, my relationships, almost everything I do has been affected by the Pandemic.
