At this time when we are at the pick of the world pandemic this is when our stress levels are very high as we taking a lot of pressure each day not knowing what tomorrow will bring. We never take some time to relax and see how nature is very calm and relaxed. We just need only 30 minutes to relax at the end of each difficult day.
