Actor, director, and educator Brian Foley doesn't CLOWN AROUND when it comes to CLOWNING AROUND. That took me 7 minutes to think of. He's a circus artist.

We shared a pot of tea at a Chinese Restaurant and talked about the public opinion of circus arts, creating and casting a local variety show, and the artitic mantra that 90% of everything is garbage.
