We, as a tribal family, are a fully Autonomous Nation. We place no financial or health care demands on the United States Federal Government for any assistance as a Nation. We do acknowledge that our members, individually, may have earned a variety of benefits through their working lives from the United States Federal Governments and therefore are entitled to those benefits, which shall remain in place, distributed and honored.
CMYN recognizes any member’s desire for Dual-Citizenship/b>. All members will be required to pass a ‘background check’ that will be reviewed by our Tribal Council and Chief Justice. This is imperative for the safety and welfare of our Children, Elders and all the families in our Nation.

Our Nation’s “Code of Ethics” is the Foundation for establishing a “Traditional” Tribal Community. All members are requested to read and sign their name, as a commitment to these Native Teachings. As a Matriarchal Tribe, we are United in the service and protection of our Mother Earth; to Honor, love and protect Her and to help preserve and restore the Sacred Elements of Water, Air and Fire. We stand by our Earth Mother because ‘She’ is the bearer of all life. Our Ancestors have taught us from generation to generation, that Sacred Ceremony and Cultural Traditions ar ethe central anchor of our Nations. Our solemn Oath is to the Original, Natural Laws of the Great Spirit. These declarations are the Heart of this Nation.

In addition, our Earth-based educational Teachings/curriculum is ‘Spiritual and Holistic’ centered. Ancestral Traditions of ceremony, language, songs, health, organic food production, native homes and natural buildings, peraculture, holistic medicines, plant-based nutrition, creative arts, music, dance and story telling, will bring a sustainable, harmonic lifestyle to our community.
