Psalm 40:8 Col 4:11 Six Words that are God’s will for us: - Saved - 1Tim 2:3-4 - The one who does the will of God lives forever. - Spirit Filled - Eph 5:17 and Rom 8:9-10 The Spirit is more like the wind that fills a sail rather than something that fills a cup. He sends himself completely when we are saved, but we only receive what we allow ourselves to receive. - Sanctified - 1 Thes 4:3-4 - Removing ourselves from those things that Characterise the lives lived by non believers. 1 John 2:15-16 - Submissive or Humble (beatitudes - Blessed are the weak ..) James 4:7-10 - Suffer - 1 Pet 3:17 1 Pet 4:19. Are we willing to suffer losing friendships by telling the truth of Christianity? - Say Thank You - 1 Thes 5:17-18 Show appreciation for what God has done for us. Are we living thankful lives? If you’re doing God’s will as it described above, then do what you want and it will be the will of God. If you are falling short of the above words, then the way to obey God’s will is to put that right. Psalm 37:4 Who is controlling our wants and needs?? Mat 7:7 John 15:7 -> Abide in Him and allow Him to abide in us and you can ask whatever you want and you will get it.
