"When I suffer from anxiety I always just feel like I need a place to go and just heal [...] and I always think of nature." This piece was produced Stefania Gomez. Music heard during this segment was: "Firecracker" by Frazey Ford, "Kallaloe" by Blue Dot Sessions, "Down By The Bank" by Blue Dot Sessions, and "Coast of Daylight" by Gilman Mom.
