Hekate has many epithets. In this meditation we focus on four: Agriope, Damnodamia, Katakampsypsaychenos, and Lochias. These epithets are perfect for times when anger and even rage are the appropriate responses to life and world situations.
Rage is a perfect fuel to be channeled into something beautiful and constructive–even if it first requires the destruction of something that no longer serves. This meditation can help you tap into a source of power that moves you forward.
