In order to get quiet enough to hear yourself, and to hear Spirit, you have to find a space of solitude. It’s not the same as loneliness, but more intentionally choosing to be alone for a time.
This meditation will guide you into Hekate’s cave, where you will receive the Key of Solitude and find your way to the home inside yourself. It’s a beautiful way to start building that relationship of yourself, for yourself.
