Maret Jonsdotter was the first victim in Sweden's 7 year witch hunts, also known as The Great Noise. In this episode I recount her story, as well as some of the factors surrounding what happened with her and others who lost their lives to hysteria. It's a cautionary tale, perfectly fit for these maddened times we're moving through.
