Turkey's government is claiming that coup plotters operated out of the U.S. air base at Incirlik, where 50 nuclear weapons are housed. Turkish forces have virtually laid siege to the facility. Weapons expert Hans Kristensen speaks with Sputnik correspondent Walter Smolarek about the ordinance present at the base and what it means for relations between the two NATO allies.
