New Podcast Coming  

And now for something different, time to mix things up a little, I’m taking a @iamlynntran suggestion to do a different podcast.   My posts on Instacrap are generally about Shadow Work, my podcasts are just me speaking, alone in my own insights, so now thanks to Trynn Lynn we will have a few discussions on camera over the coming weeks, covering different subjects from medicine work to energy parasites, sexual energy and how to get a quality sun tan   I don’t like being on camera, I become self conscious, my mind speeds up, so this is a challenge for me, to remain grounded in this setting and continually step away from my ego and overactive mind. The aim of this for both of us is just to explore, find our way, and see what comes out of it.   

Beginner's mind - refers to having an attitude of openness, eagerness, and lack of preconceptions when studying a subject, even when studying at an advanced level, just as a beginner would.  The short clip above is just a taster of what is to come.
