In this podcast I discuss, using a few examples, how people I have encountered struggle to read what is their intuition, inspired guidance, and what is just the noise of the mind. You'd be surprised how often we listen to the irrational madness of the mind assuming it is logical, or that it is actually our intuition.

I really think this is an important listen, I am trying to sow seeds of doubt within you towards what your mind says, to build up the relationship with your instinct and to be able to clearly read which is which, or at least, to begin with, to read that you can't tell which is which. At least from this starting point we develop awareness of how powerful and convincing this useless information can be.
