In this episode, I talk to Paris Prynkiewicz, who is the Creator & Host of the Crooked Illness podcast. After completing both her BA in psychology from the University of Arizona and her MBA in healthcare administration from western governors university, Paris decided she wanted to share her story with the world related to the struggles she faced with bipolar disorder and how she overcame them.

She went from struggling inside the walls of a psychiatric hospital at 19 upon receiving her bipolar diagnosis to working in the behavioral health field, at the very same clinic she was once a patient at, at 23.

Crooked Illness was created as a platform where more conversations on mental health are brought to the table to make this topic more normalized and less stigmatized!
