In this episode, I talk to Sabrina Bawa the 'Holistic Boss Babe'. During the episode, we talk all about how to balance your mind-body-spirit from a holistic standpoint by adding the ancient teachings of Ayurveda into your life.

Sabrina is here to support you, the ambitious, driven female entrepreneur you are, on your holistic healing journey. She is an Ayurveda Enthusiast, yoga teacher, and advocate for women empowerment.

When she started the Holistic Boss Babe Society, she was in a really dark place. she was having many digestive issues, she was not consistent in my meditation and yoga (or fitness) practice, and had A LOT of PMS. Needless to say, all of this was taking a toll on her business.

As she felt uninspired, depressed, and burned out, she decided to read many personal development books written by female entrepreneurs (her favorite way to get back to inspiration mode!). What she noticed is they all mentioned the importance of self-care as a female entrepreneur. It’s really when she read the book Girl Code, by Cara Allwil, that she had the idea. She mentioned that we must “create something we wish existed.” That’s when HBB was created.
