We offer experiences for a variety of healing modalities - Full Chakra Activation, Movement Meditation, Shamanic Sound Healing, Ayurveda, Tai Chi, Qi Gong. Every 4 months we organize our celebration of Life, a wellness festival called the Spiritual Block Party. This festival celebrates life through 12 unique experiences such as Full Chakra Activation, Kundalini Meditation, Perceptive Yoga and Tai Chi to name a few. This festival is by all peoples of color, for all peoples of color!
