Matthew 24:12-13 (NASB) Because lawlessness is increased, most people's love [Lit: the love of many] will grow cold. 13 But the one who endures to the end, he will be saved.   Psalm 92:12 (NASB) The [uncompromisingly] righteous man will flourish [Lit: sprout] like the palm tree [be long-lived, stately, upright, useful, and fruitful], He will grow [increase] like a cedar in Lebanon [majestic, stable, durable, and incorruptible].      Are You Growing? Knowledge of God, Relationship w/ Holy Spirit, Sanctification, Calling? [2 Peter 1:5-7 says, add to your faith [grow in], moral excellence, knowledge, self-control, perseverance, godliness, brotherly kindness, love] Verse 8-9  If these qualities are yours and are increasing, they render you neither useless nor unfruitful in the true knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. 9 For he who lacks these qualities is blind or short-sighted, having forgotten his purification from his former sins.   Are You Flourishing?  Flourish [Lit: sprout; to bud, shoot up, break forth; generally to spread; specifically to fly]. Are You Potted or Are You Planted? Psalm 92:13 (NASB)  Planted in the house of the Lord [NLT: For they are transplanted to the Lord’s own house], They flourish in the courts [yard] of God [Enclosure: Colossians 2:7 (NLT)  Let your roots grow down into Him, and let your lives be built on Him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.   Psalm 92:14-15 (NASB) They will still yield fruit in old age; They shall be full of sap and very green, 15 To declare that the Lord is upright [just, good]; He is my rock [you can trust Him with your life], and there is no unrighteousness [evil, darkness] in Him. Hebrews 10:19-25 (NASB) Since we have confidence to enter the holy place by the blood of Jesus… 21 and since we have a great priest over the house of God, 22 let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled clean from an evil conscience and our bodies washed with pure water. 23 Let us hold fast the confession of our hope [the timeless message] without wavering, for He who promised is faithful; 24 and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, 25 not forsaking [neglecting, avoiding, to stay away from, giving up on, desert, abandon] our own assembling [gathering, meeting, worshiping, church, a complete collection] together, as is the habit [custom, manner] of some, but encouraging one another [spurring each other on; admonishing, warning, urging]; and all the more as you see the day drawing near [the return of Christ].   Hebrews 10:25 [TPT] This is not the time to pull away and neglect meeting together, as some have formed the habit of doing, because we need each other. In fact, we should come together even more frequently, eager to encourage and urge each other onward as we anticipate that day dawning.   Change What You Believe
