What\\u2019s holding you back what negative thought that you\\u2019ve said so much to yourself that you believe it

The devil is a liar

\\xa0

In John 8:44, the Word of God states specifically that the devil is not only a liar but the father of all lies: \\u201cWhen he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.\\u201d

\\xa0

Contrary to what he may like us to believe, the devil is a defeated foe. Since the battle with him takes place on a spiritual plane, according to Ephesians 6:12-13, we need to strengthen the battlefield \\u2014 our minds \\u2014 in order to stand our ground spiritually and gain victory over him.

You have the power of life and death in your mouth.\\xa0 You can curse or bless your self, your situation, your day.\\xa0 You have the power to walk with God or reject Him,\\xa0

\\xa0

You can ask for God\'s forgiveness and then forgive yourself.\\xa0 You have more power than you realize, more than you use.

\\xa0

Because of the lies we tell ourselves\\xa0we suffer and waste our life.

What you identify as a lie\\u2014 give it to God.\\xa0 Speak life to your situation.

\\xa0

But beware..

\\xa0

You don\\u2019t have the strength to fight the devil on your own.\\xa0 He could actually kill you, or help you kill yourself but he can\\u2019t ready your mind, or take your soul.\\xa0 He can make you walk out of fellowship with God.\\xa0 He can steal, kill and destroy your faith, and make you impotent, lost, and alone.\\xa0 He can feed your doubts.

\\xa0

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable \\u2013 if anything is excellent or praiseworthy \\u2013 think about such things. ~Philippians 4:8

1 Corinthians 2:11-16

For who knows a person\'s thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual. The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned.
