\\n\\nScott Sonenshein is the Henry Gardiner Symonds Professor of Management at Rice University. He holds a PhD in organizational behavior from the University of Michigan, an MPhil from the University of Cambridge, and a BA from the University of Virginia.
\\n\\nAs an author, he is best known for his work Stretch and, most recently, he co-wrote Joy at Work: Organizing Your Professional Life with Marie Kondo.
