How often have you been told to share your story? If you're anything like me, it has been a million times. Everywhere you look someone is telling you that your story is what helps people know, like and trust you. But how much is too much? Is there too much? And if so what does that look like? Well from my experience we have 2 main stories that we share, our shadow (our unconscious/who we were before our transformation story) and our Gift story (Conscious/Who we became as a result of transforming our life story.) Both are equally important but....

Share too much Shadow story & people still see you as someone stuck in your problems. 

Share too much Gift story & people can't relate. 

And what if you are unaware of even how to tell your story in the first place?
