Content is the bread and butter to all that you do in your business. It helps you create your brand, it helps get your message out and most importantly it's not even about you as much as it's for your tribe! 

Inconsistency in content is the number one reason why people struggle with getting their message out. 

And most of the time it's being overcomplicated, or you're suffering from perfectionism. Either way, your content needs to come from your heart as a natural expression and extension of you so that you can help those who are needing to hear your message the most. 

Remember, it's never about us it's about our tribe and our audience but it DOES flow from you and it also has YOUR energetic signatyure in everything you post.
