Leadership is changing very rapidly, we are in the midst of an ascension that has been going on for quite some time. You have probably had a calling to something higher but have been drowning in all the NEW AGE ra-ra-ra, trying to find truth because you are naturally a truth seeker. 

Deep down you know who you are and what your purpose is, but since the fall in consciousness, we have suffered somewhat of an amnesia to our truth. 

Now is the time that is so crucial more than ever for you to step into your purpose but not just what you are here to DO but more about who you are here to BE. 

Every time you have a breakthrough you are literally changing your genetics, you are raising your cellular consciousness, releasing more light into the world and impacting every single person you come across and those even from afar. 

We live in a holographic universe that is supported by the quantum entaglement of all things. I see this as the butterfly effect, one change (your personal upleveling and transformation) can literally ripple out and touch every human being at an unconscious level. 

You are a leader, a true visionary, one who is ready to answer their call to a higher purpose and now you just need a reminder of who you are and a little bit of clarity mixed with a whole lot of motivation and inspiration to awaken inside of you, that which has always been there. :)
