b'Recent adjustments in American criminal justice policy have created a uniquely large prison population. Dr. Malcolm Greenshields will discuss his views on the effectiveness of these policies. \\n\\n\\nSpeaker: Dr. Malcolm Greenshields\\n\\n\\nMalcolm Greenshields was born in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan and spent his childhood in Saskatoon, Iowa and Ottawa. He completed a diploma in Agriculture, followed by a Bachelor\\u2019s degree and a Master\\u2019s degree in History at the University of Saskatchewan in 1978. He then earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree at the University of Sussex, England in 1986. Dr.Greenshields taught and served in academic administration at the University of Saskatchewan from 1980-85 and 1987-88.
