Welcome back for season 2! We have missed you all so much. This season is all about leveling up, leaving baggage behind and stepping into your next season with full confidence and grace. During the break we both went through different trainings to help us grow and provide you with better content. 

My biggest breakthroughs came from the Yamas and Niyamas in my yoga practice. This episode is about the first one Ahimsa-non violence. (Including how you treat yourself)
