I took a break from doing the Soul Seekr podcasts. Almost 3 months to be exact!

Today\\u2019s pod is a little bit about why I took a break. I am not going to go into the details, but just to say, I experienced some darkness. Not so much depression, but I have been witnessing the darkness in the world, in others, and in myself.
